Saint Germain is a popular liquor which is flavored with elderflowers. To introduce summer with Maison Saint Germain, we helped create a party on the Highline, a very high traffic location in New York. This project was also a celebration of the thousands of delicate elderflowers harvested once a year to create the lovely tasting liqueur.
